Delivery & Postage
We use Royal Mail, Air Mail or UPS courier for the delivery of our cards. All orders are suitably packaged in outer protective packaging to ensure that they arrive to you in perfect condition.
Posting times for individual cards:
- Orders placed on Monday to Friday before 3pm are posted the same day.
- Orders placed on Monday to Thursday after 3pm are posted the following day.
- Order placed on Friday after 3pm, Saturday and Sunday are posted on Monday (unless it’s Bank Holiday in which case the next working day).
- Orders placed on Bank Holiday will be posted next working day.
Please remember that posting day is the day when we post the card you ordered. It is NOT the day when your card is delivered.
- 1st Class Royal Mail - Your order will normally arrive within 1-3 working days from the dispatch day.
- Special Delivery by Royal Mail - Your order will arrive next working day from the dispatch day.
Shipping And Handling
For UK addresses;
- £0 to £10 - £1 (Royal Mail 1st Class)
- £10+ - Free (Royal Mail 1st Class)
- £0 to £1 - £7.75 (Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day)
- £1.01 to £5 - £9 (Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day)
- £5.01+ - £12 (Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day)
To European countries charges are as follows;
- up to £3 excl. VAT -£3
- up to £10 excl. VAT - £5
- up to £20 excl. VAT - £6.50
- up to £30 excl. VAT - £9.50
- up to £60 excl, VAT- £12
- up to £1000 excl. VAT - £15
- over £1000 excl. VAT - Free
If the items ordered are in stock and the order is placed before 3pm we will dispatch on the same day.
In the event an item is out of stock we will contact you at the earliest opportunity.
You then will have three options :
- Cancel your order.
- Choose an alternate product that we have in stock.
- Maintain your original order, and we will dispatch it as soon as it comes back into stock.
All orders are fully insured and well packed wherever possible using re-cycled packaging. In the unlikely event of a breakage.please contact us within 48 hours and retain all damaged items and all packaging,as our delivery service will require proof of claim in the form of a photograph of the damaged item.We will despatch replacements free of charge.
Should we require the damaged item to be returned we will contact you with a returns number together with instructions for despatch/collection,and refund all return postage costs. If for any reason you are not happy with your order you may return it to us for a full refund.Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging within five days of delivery.If the goods do not reach us in a perfect and saleable condition,and in their original packaging then your right to a full refund will be affected and could be refused unless the goods are faulty, however,outward or return shipping costs and customs duties are non refundable.
No items may be returned to beautiful greetings cards without our prior agreement. Please email us to obtain a returns number and instructions for despatch/collection. Returned parcels remain your responsibility until their safe arrival with us. beautiful greetings cards is not responsible for the loss or damage in transit of returned goods.This does not affect your statutory rights. Although we work closely with our couriers to ensure the best possible service and convenient delivery times,we regret that delays sometimes occur that are outside our control.
